What is the payoff date for the cruise?
- Cruise payoff date is August 1st., 2026
Will transportation be provided from the airport to the port and returning from the port to the airport?
Norwegian Transportation Shuttles are available to and from the port and the airport.
Cost is $37.50 one way and $75 round trip from the port to the airport
Cruisers can reserve transportation on the shuttle through the Norwegian App
How do we upgrade our Drink and WiFi packages?
Guests can upgrade their drink packages and WiFi plans by downloading the
Norwegian App and creating an account, then upgrade packages. Guests can also book excursions via the app.
What time is Boarding and How Do We Check Luggage?
Boarding time usually starts around 2:00pm. Luggage Check In can start as early as 12:00pm.
Porters are always available to check in luggage at curbside.
**Note** Cruisers will be assigned a boarding time and should follow the instructions provided.
Boarding times will be assigned as we get closer to the sail date.
Is this an Adult Only Cruise?
Norwegian Cruise is not an adult-only cruise ship. Families are welcome.
Kids Camp options are available for kids to participate in activities specific to their ages.
All camps are chaperoned with Norwegian staff and costs are included in the cabin reservation.
Night supervision for kids is available however, there is a separate cost. Visit the Norwegian App to confirm the costs.
Will the Planning Team Provide Flight Options?
Cruisers are responsible for booking their flights. **Note** Norwegian does offer Flight Services with guaranteed closest fares. Call DaVyne Travel at 404-386-3808 and speak to our Travel assistant Specialist, for more information.
It is suggested to arrive at least one day in advance to ensure boarding on time.
**Note** The Pre-Launch Party is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th, 2026. Arrive Early!
I have a Norwegian Rewards Number. Can I apply it to this cruise?
Our Norwegian Team will be able to assist with applying for the Norwegian Rewards’s Number.
